Dominican Republic

Any donation to this project is matched 3 to 1 by the Canadian government so your money will have a stronger impact.

$38	Provide transportation for a group of microcredit clients to receive PAP smears
$37	One health education workshop for a group of microcredit clients (27 women on average)
$32	One training session for a men’s group (25 members on average) about STD prevention and women’s rights
$28	Teach grade 6, 7 and 8 students about sexual and reproductive health
$14	Provide 100 women with information packages about one of the following topics - sexual and reproductive health, family planning, gender, domestic violence prevention, self-esteem

Guatemala

If you are making an online donation please simply include in the “Messages/Instructions” box where you would like to direct your donation. If you’re mailing a cheque, please include a note. If you are using your credit card over the phone, remember to let us know if you would like your donation directed to a specific project.

Of course you can also make a general donation, in which case we will use the money where it is most needed. In some cases it may be necessary for Impact First International to designate your donation toward another project where it is needed if the item you requested has already been purchased or is not required at the time of your donation. If you’ve provided us with your email address, we will inform you of this change.
